There is a paved road from the Port Melon highway up Cascadia Parkway to intersect Storvold Rd leading from existing phase 1 subdivision into the subject Phase 2.
Phase 2 has majority of area with potential for residential development.
Phase 2 views are from a higher elevation and will attract much larger ocean views. This view includes Mt Baker behind on a clear day.
Phase 1 has been beautifully cleared showing the upside potential for doing a similar project with Phase 2.
Phase 2 sits behind Phase 1 and backs up to the wooded area at the back of Phase 1 lots.
Phase 2 can be left forested or develop it over time similar to how Phase 1 was completed.
There will be both ocean and mountain views obtainable from Phase 2 Elphinstone Crossing.
Develop the lovely mountain views from a higher elevation in Phase 2 Elphinstone Crossing.
This picture gives you an idea of how close the Sunshine Coast is to Vancouver. Currently it is a short 40 minute ferry ride and in the future may have road access.
If you wished to follow the trend of Phase 1 you could clear the areas as shown on this sketch.
You are able to bring your car from Vancouver on the ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale (40 minute crossing) then drive 4 minutes to Cascadia Parkway which brings you up to Phase 1 of Elphinstone Crossing. Phase 2 is undeveloped off Storvold Road
Currently Phase 2 has 4 hectare zoning in over 1/2 of its area. There may be potential to have this rezoned to 2 hectare parcels.
Other than the current 4 hectare zoning the Remainder is a large parcel currently zoned ALR.
Phase 2 consists of approximately 125 acres awaiting your development plan.
The current phase 1 offers these stunning north shore mountain views. Phase 2 with higher elevations should provide even better.
